My Story

I'm Atishay Jain. This is the longer version, the turning points, motivations, and detours that got me from Agra to founding Hyperke and a TEDx stage.

Origins

Agra

I grew up in Agra, in Uttar Pradesh, the city the Taj Mahal built. When a monument takes twenty years and twenty thousand people to complete, you stop believing in shortcuts pretty early.

That idea, that meaningful things compound slowly, and that craft is non-negotiable, is the part of Agra I still carry into how I work. I've since made Chennai my home, but Agra is where the instincts come from. It's a quiet lesson, but it's the one I credit most.

Education

Shiv Nadar University, 2020

In 2020 I graduated from Shiv Nadar University with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. Engineering school didn't just teach me to code; it taught me to measure. Every system had inputs, outputs, and bottlenecks.

Years later, that habit became the backbone of Hyperke, we treat outbound like an engineering problem, not a luck problem. If a campaign underperforms, something is wrong in the system, and you can find it.

First Chapter

Two Years at Amazon (AWS)

Before Amazon, I interned as a Software Development Engineer at Viasat India, my first real look at how production systems actually run. Then I joined Amazon Web Services as an Application Engineer, where I learned how large systems stay reliable under load, incident response, ownership, the discipline of not breaking things at scale.

I'm grateful for it. I also realized something quieter: I was optimizing someone else's system, and I wanted to build my own. So I left. That decision is the hinge everything else turns on.

The Leap

Founding Eagle Info Services & Hyperke

In 2020 I founded both companies: Eagle Info Services (the India entity) and Hyperke (the US entity). Eagle Info was the leap, no playbook, no safety net, just lists, copy, deliverability, and one reply at a time. I learned outbound by doing it, failing at it publicly, and fixing it. Most of what Hyperke does well today was debugged at Eagle Info first.

Scale

Building Hyperke Growth Partners

Hyperke is where the system came together. We build outbound GTM systems, cold email and cold calling, that bring B2B companies qualified sales meetings.

To date that's meant $60M+ in pipeline generated, 1,000+ sales meetings a month, and 7M+ cold emails a month, without paid ads, plus a Smartlead Top 1% Certified Partner nod. The numbers matter, but the point is the system: measurable, repeatable, debuggable. hyperke.com

The Stage

TEDx, January 2025

In January 2025 I spoke at TEDxKCCollege in Mumbai, on “Unconventional Paths to Success.” The talk draws a line between the skills that make relationships work, showing up, listening, being useful without an agenda, and the skills that build pipeline.

It's the through-line of everything above: the unconventional path is usually the durable one. Watch the talk on YouTube →

Off the Clock

Running and surfing

Outside of work I trail run and surf when I can. I trade inbox time for fresh perspectives, and most of my better ideas show up somewhere on a trail, not at a desk.

In the Room

What I'm building toward

Most of what Hyperke ships lives in inboxes. But the ideas get forged in rooms like this.

I try to get out from behind the screen as often as I can, workshops, panels, and community nights where the talk is how people actually decide. If you're building something and want to talk outbound, systems, or unconventional paths, I read every email.
